We are seeking to recruit a Lead Furniture Installer to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The job can be described as being responsible for Bringing to life the final stages of a clients’ project by ensuring a customer oriented approach with delivery and professional assembly duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on site installation ensuring quality and compliance with project brief.
- Inspect products before installation and report any damages.
- Perform on-site measurements and technical visits.
- Maintain a safe, clean workspace by following regulations.
- Assist with warehouse logistics and deliveries.
- Maintain equipment through routine preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other installers to meet client needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in decking/flooring installation is a plus.
- Carpentry skills and proficiency with power tools.
- Clean driving license (B & C1).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to lift heavy materials.
- Own equipment/vehicle a plus.
Education:
- Basic education with a positive, can-do attitude. Training provided.
- Fluent in Maltese and/or English.
